We strongly believe that giving back to communities empowers all of us, from management to clients to individuals in under-privileged communities.
Our clients find this initiative inspiring as it gives them an opportunity to give back and to appreciate all that sports has done for them.
What is 'Inspire The Youth'?
A Rubix Initiative, The ‘Inspire the Youth Project’ is a project aimed at inspiring underprivileged kids around the world to believe they too can become something great in life.
We humbly ask our clients who have assignments within a region to take part in just one engagement to simply inspire the kids with their presence and words of wisdom.
How it works
- We find local orphanages within close proximity of where our clients are deployed and then we humbly ask our client to take couple of hours out of their schedule to visit the orphanage. The impact of a couple of hours cannot be underestimated and this could be life defining moments for this kids to inspire them to achieve their dreams.
- Clients will simply visit the kids for a small assembly and provide words of comfort, wisdom and motivation.
